Kick back and relax in this peaceful, stylish space. This cozy studio apartment has everything you need to relax in the beautiful town of Livadi, on the Island of Kefallonia, Greece! Enjoy meals on the balcony that you prepared in the newly renovated kitchen or on the BBQ grill. There are several beaches close by. We are located about a 10 min drive from Lixiouri for shopping, restaurants etc. The Airport is in Argostoli, about 45 min away. Please note, the minimum age requirement for booking with us is 25 years of age, thank you for understanding.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100,00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50,00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
